I’m so sorry. I had no idea she was ill. I’ll be lifting you up in prayer the rest of the week. Please take care.
All of my deepest sympathies are with you. I remember watching my grandfather die a few years ago as his lungs filled, it is striking how quickly life turns to death. She is now at peace.

Treasure the memories you have of her, and she’ll never truly be gone.
Josh, I’m so sorry for your loss. I always really enjoyed reading all your tales and anecdotes about Mazie — know that a fellow Louisianian is keeping her in his thoughts, thousands of miles away.
Josh, I’m so sorry too. I know it brought her great comfort to have you there with her, not only over the last few days, but across the past few years as you’ve driven to Louisiana so frequently to spend time with her. You’re in my thoughts and prayers.
