windows rss readers?

Does anyone have recommendations of a good RSS reader for Windows? I need to install something on my work computer and my Windows knowledge lags far behind my Mac knowledge. I have a strong bias in favor of free products, if that helps any.
(On the Mac, NetNewsWire is the way to go. I spend more time in NNW than I do in Safari.)

  1. I used SharpReader on windows. Its a great application but isn’t web based if that is what you’re looking for. Oh, and it is free.

  2. RSSReader (rssreader.com) and FeedReader (feedreader.com) are both decent, although nothing really stacks up to NetNewsWire.

  3. I know you’re looking for free readers, but I can’t help you there.
What I can tell you is that I have FeedDemon, and love it. I think I paid $25 for it.
If you don’t want to pay, then so be it. But I think it’s damn good.
